Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and shipped within
24 hours assuming all the items ordered are currently in-stock.
You can help us process orders as quickly as possible by:
1. Providing us with the correct billing information.
Your billing address is the address that is on file with your
credit card company, not the address you want us to send the
bill to. We verify all billing address information before
shipping orders. If the information that is given to us does
not match what is on file with the credit company, that order
will not be shipped.
2. Give us a phone number or email that you
can easily be reached at. Many times order issues can be resolved
quickly with a simple email or phone call.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via UPS domestic
or international service. Packages will be fully insured for
the amount of the order + shipping charges, should any items
be lost or damaged in transit. When your order is shipped,
you will receive an email with your tracking number for that
shipment.

Returns:
All sales are final. Merchandise is non-returnable,
unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item(s) were
damaged during shipping. We make every effort possible to
ensure the audio samples on the web site will give you a clear
indication of what the record is like and how it will sound.
"I've changed my mind" or "I don't like the
record" are not reasons for which you may return product.
You have 7 days after confirmed delivery to
make any claims for defective or damaged items. Before returning
items, you must obtain an RA number from our staff. You obtain
this number by emailing
us stating the order number, nature of the defect and item(s)
being returned. Any items returned will be exchanged for the
same exact item. If this item is not available, a credit will
be issued. We inspect all items being returned
if they
play fine, they will be returned to you.
** ANY ITEMS
SHIPPED TO US WITHOUT AN APPROVED RA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED
**
Miscellaneous:
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible
to add or subtract items. We can only charge you for the exact
items ordered + shipping + any handling fee's that may be
involved. An order may only be cancelled if
it has not been shipped. If it's in the hands of UPS
it's gone.
Cancelled orders are subject to a
20% restocking
and handling fee.
Payment:
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover
and American Express credit cards.
As stated above, all orders are subject to
address verification before shipment. We will use our discretion
when processing orders. If something does not appear "right"
(i.e. John Doe is ordering $300.00 worth of records billed
to Mary Whoever and they are being shipped overnight to another
address) we will call the parties involved before processing
and shipping that order. We reserve the right to
refuse any order for any reason if it does not met our
criteria or that of our credit card processors.
We accept COD payment under the following
terms:
1. For the 1st order, you must call us ahead
and let us know how much you are ordering.
2. UPS will only accept Money Orders or Certified
Bank Checks.
3. YOU MUST SEND US
A $25.00 DEPOSIT THAT WE WILL KEEP ON ACCOUNT.
This $25.00 deposit must be received before
any orders will be shipped. The deposit will not be applied
to the items being orders. The deposit will be kept on file
under your name and will be used to cover shipping charges
should any order(s) be returned by UPS because they could
not deliver the package or collect the correct funds.
** Any person(s)
that have COD orders returned to us by UPS will no longer
be able to use this form of payment. COD is a privilege
most companies won't even deal with it. If you abuse it, you
lose it. **
You may get a refund on your COD deposit should
you decide to no longer order with us or COD shipping service.
Refunds will be issued by company check only.
International Orders:
We gladly accept orders from most countries.
Some countries (you know who you are) are notorious on the
internet for stolen credit cards and fraudulent orders. Obviously,
these orders will be ignored and any suspicious orders will
be forwarded to the proper authorities.
It is your responsibility to know the import/duty
costs and laws regarding your country. It is impossible for
us to know every law in every country. We will follow all
guide lines set forth by UPS and our credit card merchant
agreements regarding international shipments.
